Rates
Daily rates are $100-140 per night, based on single or double occupancy.
Feel free to ask about rates during sales at the local sale barn, or for extended visits.
A 7% Local Bed Tax will be added to your bill.
Please let us know if you are bringing children, or there will be additional people; the room now has two full size beds.
Pets are not allowed.
This is a smoke-free environment.
Check-in & Check Out Times
Check-in Time starts at 4-5 P.M. and
Check-out Time is by 11 A.M.,
unless previously arranged. Late arrivals, please
call. Payment is by check or cash only, and paid at the time of
arrival. We have a two-week cancellation policy.
Directions
Farmstead Inn Bed & Breakfast is located north of Mt. Hope, Ohio at the intersection
of State Routes 241 and 77. As SR 241 bears to the right,
you proceed straight onto 77, our INN is the first farm on the left. More map information on
